Volvo in Every Car App

There’s a little Volvo in every car. Literally. For three decades, Volvo has been at the forefront of automotive safety innovations. And the best thing about it is that Volvo never enforced any of their life-saving patents. Instead, they offered them to all for the greater good.

So we created an app that lets you detect the “Volvo” in competitive luxury brands just by pointing your phone or tablet’s camera at the hood ornament. With short videos about how BMW, Mercedes, Lexus and Audi use the Volvo-invented safety advancements in their autos. The app generated a ton of press for Volvo and won a slew of awards including an Interactive Gold Pencil at Cannes.
